I am located at 919 S Winton Road, suite 115. I am on the first floor. There is a small number of stairs you will have to use to access my office. I am right across from the 12 Corners plaza, in Brighton.

I offered video appointments to anyone in NYS. If you are local to Rochester NY, you can also choose video sessions, or a mixture of in person and video. If you decide to use video appointments you will be sent a link with your appointment reminders. Video appointments are held on a secure HIPPA approved platform.

Yes I do! I am located in Rochester New York.

My private pay fee is $135 for a 50 minute session.

Yes, I do accept some insurances. Currently I am taking Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH.

If you choose to use your insurance, I have my billing team contact your insurance provider and get co-pay or deductible information so you know what is expected. We complete this before the first session so there is no surprises.

In your first appointment we will go over intake paperwork, I will begin learning more about your history and concern that brings you into therapy.

This varies with each person. I use a person centered approach and therapy is tailored to individual need. We will check in with each other on progress and goals and have ongoing conversation regarding length of treatment and completion.
